  Disgusting service. Ordered a delivery of pet food to arrive before I went on holiday for my cats. Should have arrived two days before I was due to leave. Got sent a time and took time off work to receive it. Waited hours for it and had to ring them to find they "couldnt find" my address. I rescheduled it for the next day and got the same problem. Fuming i had to run around the night before my morning flight buying petfood. I rang them to send it to a neighbour while I was away but they failed with that. Angry I rang to tell them id just collect it on my return from their depot. To my shock they told me i now had to provide proof of address for my neighbours address when collecting. I tried to tell them i obviously couldnt provide proof i lived at my neighbours address but the man on the phone was so rude and just kept telling me I needed to. What they clearly did was change my address to my neighbours instead of setting it as "deliver to neighbour". Never come across anyone so incompetent. Will actively avoid them in the future.

  Failed to follow the simplest of instructions twice! Now a week later despite contacting their useless customer service team I have to travel 14 miles to the nearest depot to collect a parcel I paid good money to have delivered. I'm not happy.i had to give them one star!!!
